Your AI notetaker & coach for every interview
ChannelPulse listens in real time, transcribes exactly who asked what, and hands you the perfect thing to say next — from a floating notes window. Rehearse with scored mock interviews first, then bring it live on interview day and land the offer.
Available for macOS & Windows
So how would you scale this to a million users?
Good question — let me walk through the architecture…
- ✓ Shard the DB by tenant; cache hot reads in Redis.
- ✓ Queue writes async so spikes don't block requests.
- ✓ Autoscale stateless workers behind a load balancer.
Works in every interview you take
Everything you need to land the offer
Live notes and coaching during the interview — not just a summary after it's too late — plus scored mock practice beforehand.
Live "what should I say?"
A tap gives you a glanceable, ready-to-speak answer — key points only, in your own voice. Perfect for tough questions and curveball follow-ups.
Speaker-aware transcript
Real-time transcription with Deepgram diarization tags who said what — You vs Them vs Speaker 1, 2, 3.
Files & resume grounding
Upload your résumé and docs. Toggle a file on so chats, live calls, and interview practice pull relevant passages into answers.
Web research with citations
Fact-check claims and pull fresh context mid-interview. Answers come back grounded, with sources you can click.
Floating notes window
A floating panel that follows your eyes so notes and talking points are always in view. Prefer it excluded from screen shares and recordings? Turn on Privacy Mode — the eye button right in the window's toolbar, or Settings → Privacy Mode.
Personas & diagrams
Tune the coach to your scenario — interview, support, coding — and get instant Mermaid diagrams when a picture explains it faster.
Interview mode
A quiet, focused coach for high-stakes interviews. It answers only real questions — STAR for behavioral ones — and stays silent otherwise.
Practice & question bank
Run scored mock interviews on your own and drill real questions from hundreds of top companies — across software engineering (coding, system design), product management (product sense & metrics), and behavioral — with model answers.
Cloud sync & backup
Chats, files, and personas live on-device and sync to your account — so a reinstall doesn’t wipe your prep.
Profile & files grounding
Your profile and résumé stay with you — so live answers and practice stay grounded in your real experience.
Prep for the moment — every kind of interview
Flip on Interview mode and ChannelPulse gets quiet and laser-focused: it answers only the questions actually asked, with a clean, speakable reply you can read at a glance.

Frequently asked questions
Why live help instead of an after-interview summary?
Because the moment that matters is during the interview. ChannelPulse gives you the answer, the follow-up, or the fact-check while you're still in the room — then still saves a clean transcript and notes when you're done.
Can I practice interviews on my own?
Yes. Interview Practice runs realistic mock interviews solo — the AI plays the interviewer, asks follow-ups, and scores each answer with feedback plus a model answer. Every session is saved so you can review your feedback and improve.
What's in the company question bank?
A curated library of thousands of real interview questions from hundreds of top companies (Google, Meta, Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, Netflix, Nvidia, OpenAI, Anthropic and more), organized by role and category — software engineering (technical, coding, system design), product management (product sense, metrics, execution), and behavioral — and by difficulty. Pick any question and practice it against the AI interviewer, with model answers included.
What is Interview mode?
A quieter, more focused coach for high-stakes interviews. It stays silent unless a real question is asked, then gives one clear, speakable answer (STAR structure for behavioral questions) grounded in your profile and persona. You control how long answers are — Short, Medium, or Auto (the AI matches length to the question).
How does the coach know my background?
Upload your résumé under Files, fill in your Profile, and pick a Persona for the scenario. The live coach grounds answers in those materials — plus optional web research. Chats don’t reuse summaries from other conversations.
Will others see the notes window on my screen?
By default, the floating window behaves like any other app on your computer — it's visible in screen shares, recordings, and your dock/taskbar. It doesn't join the interview as a bot or appear in the participant list. If you'd like it excluded from screen shares and recordings for your own privacy, turn on Privacy Mode. The app asks which you prefer when you first set it up, and you can flip it any time from the eye button in the window's own toolbar or from Settings → Privacy Mode.
How accurate is the transcription and speaker detection?
Live transcription runs at ~300ms latency with industry-leading accuracy, and Deepgram diarization attributes each line to a speaker (You, Them, Speaker 1/2/3) across 12+ languages.
Which apps and platforms does it work with?
Any interview, any app — Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, HackerRank, CoderPad, and more. It listens to system audio, so it isn't tied to a single platform. Available for macOS and Windows.
Is it free?
Yes — new accounts get a 7-day Pro trial with no card required. After that, upgrade to Pro in the app when you’re ready. See pricing.
